Dr. Shubhamangala Sunil is a highly seasoned information security professional and a leading authority in cybersecurity within India, with over two decades of experience spearheading information security projects and services across SMEs, large corporations, and multinational organizations.
Her expertise extends to engagements with public sector agencies and government departments across India, Australia, the USA, the Middle East, and South-East Asia — including counsel provided to government security agencies such as the Supreme Court of India, the Indian Navy, and NTPC. She is a member of the National Cyber Safety and Security Standards Technical Committee, and her multifaceted skill set spans technical training, curriculum design, cybersecurity auditing, digital forensics, cyber policy formulation, and cyber law consultancy.
A frequent speaker at industry platforms including APWG, STC (USA), NASSCOM, ASSOCHAM, and FKCCI, Dr. Sunil has also shaped cybersecurity education by developing curricula for institutions such as the National Law School of India University, and has outlined skill outcomes for M.Tech programs at universities in India and abroad.
